About SamCol by Hicks™️
Welcome to the fold!🧘🏾♀️
"Love and build, love and work, love and fight. Always love first. Anything placed before love will fail." - Sister Souljah
✨ Good for the soul — attracting your inner G✨
We focus on being good for the soul while manifesting our tribe’s inner greatness. We emphasize on healing us, loving us and lifting us up through collaboration, engagement and exchange.
The beautiful thing about SamCol by Hicks™️, is that it was inspired by Stevie’s children at a very dark time in her life. She was insistently trying to cope with postpartum depression while trying to balance being a wife, mother and an educator during the pandemic. Not only is SamCol by Hicks in some aspects a savior for her; it is a way to translate her love and commitment to the black community, and the culture of growing up in Los Angeles into something tangible, and sacred.
SamCol by Hicks™️ is a piece of me I can share with the world to shine light on our beautiful culture. With my love for books and commitment as an educator I curated a booktique for the community in which I serve.
I’m from Los Angeles, California, born and raised. I attended the prestigious Tuskegee University as well as THEE Alabama State University, receiving my second Masters in Education. I have a BOMB supportive husband and two beautiful children!
Welcome to the house - and above all else, stay BLESSED, BEAUTIFUL & BLACK AF!
